Do you offer personalization? What if I need to make a change to my order?
Yes, I do personalization. I offer monogramming, titles and dates!
* Any changes to orders must be made within 24 hours of order receipt. Changes cannot be accommodated after this timeframe.
* Also, please ensure the shipping address is accurate prior to your purchase.
* We do not allow for returns, exchanges or refunds once an order is placed. Any defective items may be addressed provided a picture is sent with details of the issue.
I have a sizing issue: what can I do?
Exchanges can be accommodated for sizing purposes. The cost to remake and reship the items would be required as all items are considered final sale. Please send a message to request.

* Please message directly in Etsy messages for any questions. Messages sent by email may be missed and will further delay a response.
* Questions asked within the order may be missed, so please send any questions directly in Etsy messages if you need a response prior to ordering.
How long does it take to receive a response once I have sent an Etsy message?
* Please allow for up to 48 hours for a response. On the weekends, we are away from the computer as this is the only time away from work-related activities. Multiple messages will not receive a faster response as each time you message, the thread will be further pushed up the queue and will take much longer to see. Your patience is appreciated.
Do you provide proofs of embroidery?
* Unfortunately with so many orders, we are unable to send any proofs at this time. If you have any questions or need to see samples, please send a message through Etsy messages.
Do you confirm orders once they are placed?
* Please double check your order prior to your purchase: once an order is placed, we assume that all the details are correct and will be processed as such. Please verify initial order as these will be done per your request (ex: monogram order where the middle initial is larger must be listed in first, last, middle initial order). Please check your spam folder for any order confirmations/receipts.
* Also, please ensure the shipping address is accurate prior to your purchase. We cannot deliver to PO Boxes, so please use a physical address to avoid any lost items. Lost items due to incorrect addresses is not the shop's responsibility.

This bag is absolutely beautiful! I gifted it to my husband for Christmas who frequently goes on trips for his work! He loves it and it works perfectly for what he needs! The customer service exceeded my expectations as the seller was very communicative with the shipment and shipment updates and even got it to me on time for Christmas! I ordered my bag Nov. 8th and received it Dec. 6th, so it took some time. The quality of the leather is really good. Also the black lining is of a good material and matches well with the bag. I bought this bag in navy blue leather and it looks well worth the money.
