Do you offer personalization? What if I need to make a change to my order?
Yes, I do personalization. I offer monogramming, titles and dates!
* Any changes to orders must be made within 24 hours of order receipt. Changes cannot be accommodated after this timeframe.
* Also, please ensure the shipping address is accurate prior to your purchase.
* We do not allow for returns, exchanges or refunds once an order is placed. Any defective items may be addressed provided a picture is sent with details of the issue.
I have a sizing issue: what can I do?
Exchanges can be accommodated for sizing purposes. The cost to remake and reship the items would be required as all items are considered final sale. Please send a message to request.

How long does it take to receive a response once I have sent an Etsy message?
* Please allow for up to 48 hours for a response. On the weekends, we are away from the computer as this is the only time away from work-related activities. Multiple messages will not receive a faster response as each time you message, the thread will be further pushed up the queue and will take much longer to see. Your patience is appreciated.
Do you provide proofs of embroidery?
* Unfortunately with so many orders, we are unable to send any proofs at this time. If you have any questions or need to see samples, please send a message through Etsy messages.
Do you confirm orders once they are placed?
* Please double check your order prior to your purchase: once an order is placed, we assume that all the details are correct and will be processed as such. Please verify initial order as these will be done per your request (ex: monogram order where the middle initial is larger must be listed in first, last, middle initial order). Please check your spam folder for any order confirmations/receipts.
* Also, please ensure the shipping address is accurate prior to your purchase. We cannot deliver to PO Boxes, so please use a physical address to avoid any lost items. Lost items due to incorrect addresses is not the shop's responsibility.

These PJs are beautiful, and I'm excited to give them to my bridesmaids! Isabelle was very responsive and helpful with my order -- I had several pairs with mismatched sizing (different top size from bottom). She guided me on how to note this in the order, and all the PJs came in the proper size as expected! As a heads up, although the waist band is stretchy, there is no stretch in the satin material itself, so consider sizing up, especially in the bottoms (tops are pretty loose-fitting). The white PJs are double-lined so they aren't see-through at all, but the trade-off is the double lining makes them tighter-fitting. Once you order, you can't return/exchange even for items that don't have a personalization, so I'd recommend sizing up if you're on the fence.
