2. Select the color for the PJ.
3. If ordering multiple items, add each PJ to your cart one at a time and keep the quantity as 1.
4. If opting for personalization, indicate the Embroidery text, font, thread color.
5. Fill out the Personalization text box and Add to Cart to checkout.
*along with the size, make a note of one of the following inseams if ordering pants (in case no inseam is provided, we will make it in Regular):

**When ordering pants, you may consider sizing down in the pants if you would like a closer-to-the-body look, just make a note of it (ie medium top+small bottom), otherwise please order your size based on the size chart

Yes, I do personalization. I offer monogramming, titles and dates!
* Any changes to orders must be made within 24 hours of order receipt. Changes cannot be accommodated after this timeframe.
* Also, please ensure the shipping address is accurate prior to your purchase.
* We do not allow for returns, exchanges or refunds once an order is placed. Any defective items may be addressed provided a picture is sent with details of the issue.
I have a sizing issue: what can I do?
Exchanges can be accommodated for sizing purposes. The cost to remake and reship the items would be required as all items are considered final sale. Please send a message to request.

How long does it take to receive a response once I have sent an Etsy message?
* Please allow for up to 48 hours for a response. On the weekends, we are away from the computer as this is the only time away from work-related activities. Do you provide proofs of embroidery?
* Unfortunately with so many orders, we are unable to send any proofs at this time. If you have any questions or need to see samples, please send a message through Etsy messages.
Do you confirm orders once they are placed?
* Please double check your order prior to your purchase: once an order is placed, we assume that all the details are correct and will be processed as such. Please verify initial order as these will be done per your request (ex: monogram order where the middle initial is larger must be listed in first, last, middle initial order). Please check your spam folder for any order confirmations/receipts.
* Also, please ensure the shipping address is accurate prior to your purchase. We cannot deliver to PO Boxes, so please use a physical address to avoid any lost items. Lost items due to incorrect addresses is not the shop's responsibility.
