3. If ordering multiple items, add each PJ to your cart one at a time and keep the quantity as 1.
4. If opting for personalization, indicate the Embroidery text, font, thread color.

Do you offer personalization? What if I need to make a change to my order?
Yes, I do personalization. I offer monogramming, titles and dates!
* Any changes to orders must be made within 24 hours of order receipt. Changes cannot be accommodated after this timeframe.
* Also, please ensure the shipping address is accurate prior to your purchase.
* We do not allow for returns, exchanges or refunds once an order is placed. Any defective items may be addressed provided a picture is sent with details of the issue.
I have a sizing issue: what can I do?
Exchanges can be accommodated for sizing purposes. The cost to remake and reship the items would be required as all items are considered final sale. Please send a message to request.

How long does it take to receive a response once I have sent an Etsy message?

Do you provide proofs of embroidery?
* Unfortunately with so many orders, we are unable to send any proofs at this time. If you have any questions or need to see samples, please send a message through Etsy messages.
Do you confirm orders once they are placed?
* Please double check your order prior to your purchase: once an order is placed, we assume that all the details are correct and will be processed as such. Please verify initial order as these will be done per your request (ex: monogram order where the middle initial is larger must be listed in first, last, middle initial order). Please check your spam folder for any order confirmations/receipts.
* Also, please ensure the shipping address is accurate prior to your purchase. We cannot deliver to PO Boxes, so please use a physical address to avoid any lost items. Lost items due to incorrect addresses is not the shop's responsibility.

Came out perfectly up to specs for what we ordered and in the time-frame requested exactly. Being a primarily plus size bridal party, having the option to customize based on exact measurements has been amazing. The shop was quick to check in when the order was coming close to completion and let me know it would arrive right on time which was very sweet! I will say if you are size 18+ your best bet is to actually measure yourself as the picture shows, and maybe add an inch or two if you like extra room. These are 100% polyester so no stretch whatsoever, but they're able to cater to any size, and if you get the extra inches you don't need stretch at all and it feels silky smooth to wear.
