Do you offer personalization? What if I need to make a change to my order?
Yes, I do personalization. I offer monogramming, titles and dates!
* Any changes to orders must be made within 24 hours of order receipt. Changes cannot be accommodated after this timeframe.
* Also, please ensure the shipping address is accurate prior to your purchase.
* We do not allow for returns, exchanges or refunds once an order is placed. Any defective items may be addressed provided a picture is sent with details of the issue.
I have a sizing issue: what can I do?
Exchanges can be accommodated for sizing purposes. The cost to remake and reship the items would be required as all items are considered final sale. Please send a message to request.

How long does it take to receive a response once I have sent an Etsy message?
* Please allow for up to 48 hours for a response. On the weekends, we are away from the computer as this is the only time away from work-related activities. Multiple messages will not receive a faster response as each time you message, the thread will be further pushed up the queue and will take much longer to see. Your patience is appreciated.
Do you provide proofs of embroidery?
* Unfortunately with so many orders, we are unable to send any proofs at this time. If you have any questions or need to see samples, please send a message through Etsy messages.
Do you confirm orders once they are placed?
* Please double check your order prior to your purchase: once an order is placed, we assume that all the details are correct and will be processed as such. Please verify initial order as these will be done per your request (ex: monogram order where the middle initial is larger must be listed in first, last, middle initial order). Please check your spam folder for any order confirmations/receipts.
* Also, please ensure the shipping address is accurate prior to your purchase. We cannot deliver to PO Boxes, so please use a physical address to avoid any lost items. Lost items due to incorrect addresses is not the shop's responsibility.

I got a pair of bridal pj’s in light blue. I needed them inside of 2 weeks in time for my wedding and customer service was great. I got them just in time! The color looked just like the photo and the stitching was correct as well as sizing.

I placed this order within the timeframe of still being okay to receive it in time for the event. It even states on the info to specify if needed by a certain date. Almost a week had gone by and still no notification of shipping. I reached out to the seller to just cancel the order since I wasn’t going to receive it in time. They stated it was too late to cancel an order. I understand being busy and not able to fulfill certain orders, but it would have been nice to know that information when I messaged them. So here I am, the day of the event, with still no present to give. The tracking number says it is invalid as well. I don’t know what the point is of notating you need it by a specific date if they won’t meet it. What’s sad is that it states we are both in California.
