Yes, I do personalization. I offer monogramming, titles and dates!
* Any changes to orders must be made within 24 hours of order receipt. Changes cannot be accommodated after this timeframe.
* Also, please ensure the shipping address is accurate prior to your purchase.
* We do not allow for returns, exchanges or refunds once an order is placed. Any defective items may be addressed provided a picture is sent with details of the issue.
I have a sizing issue: what can I do?
Exchanges can be accommodated for sizing purposes. The cost to remake and reship the items would be required as all items are considered final sale. Please send a message to request.

How long does it take to receive a response once I have sent an Etsy message?

Do you provide proofs of embroidery?
* Unfortunately with so many orders, we are unable to send any proofs at this time. If you have any questions or need to see samples, please send a message through Etsy messages.
Do you confirm orders once they are placed?
* Please double check your order prior to your purchase: once an order is placed, we assume that all the details are correct and will be processed as such. Please verify initial order as these will be done per your request (ex: monogram order where the middle initial is larger must be listed in first, last, middle initial order). Please check your spam folder for any order confirmations/receipts.
* Also, please ensure the shipping address is accurate prior to your purchase. We cannot deliver to PO Boxes, so please use a physical address to avoid any lost items. Lost items due to incorrect addresses is not the shop's responsibility.

I order these cute Jammie’s for my daughter as a Christmas present. Great quality! Make sure to go by the size chart in the description!! I ordered a med which ran very small- my mistake. I would definitely order again!!

I was honestly disappointed with this purchase. It was so expensive and the quality wasn’t great. I ordered my normal size and the shirt barely fits over my chest. It seems like the shirt runs a size smaller than the shorts. The material isn’t soft and very starch like and stiff. A group of us girls got it for a wedding and we all received it later than what was promised. The pj’s didn’t fit for a lot of the girls so we had to last minute pick a different one off of Amazon :/. I had to get this for a wedding I want in but if it wasn’t for that I probably wouldn’t have gotten it.

The short sleeve top was very small (almost for a child). Bottoms were true to size.
