* Any changes to orders must be made within 24 hours of order receipt. Changes cannot be accommodated after this timeframe.
* Also, please ensure the shipping address is accurate prior to your purchase.
* We do not allow for returns, exchanges or refunds once an order is placed. Any defective items may be addressed provided a picture is sent with details of the issue.
Exchanges can be accommodated for sizing purposes. The cost to remake and reship the items would be required as all items are considered final sale. Please send a message to request.

* Please double check your order prior to your purchase: once an order is placed, we assume that all the details are correct and will be processed as such. Please verify initial order as these will be done per your request (ex: monogram order where the middle initial is larger must be listed in first, last, middle initial order). Please check your spam folder for any order confirmations/receipts.
* Also, please ensure the shipping address is accurate prior to your purchase. We cannot deliver to PO Boxes, so please use a physical address to avoid any lost items. Lost items due to incorrect addresses is not the shop's responsibility.
