A delicate, luxurious and elegant floor length robe made entirely from a gorgeous French lace. The robe comes with a slip that is optional to wear meaning that the robe could be used as a getting wedding robe and lingerie! The lace is hard to work with but results into an exquisite robe that feels soft and looks absolutely gorgeous. The slip and sash are made out of a silky-smooth satin material.

Do you offer personalization? What if I need to make a change to my order?
Yes, I do personalization. I offer monogramming, titles and dates!
* Any changes to orders must be made within 24 hours of order receipt. Changes cannot be accommodated after this timeframe.
* Also, please ensure the shipping address is accurate prior to your purchase.
* We do not allow for returns, exchanges or refunds once an order is placed. Any defective items may be addressed provided a picture is sent with details of the issue.
I have a sizing issue: what can I do?
Exchanges can be accommodated for sizing purposes. The cost to remake and reship the items would be required as all items are considered final sale. Please send a message to request.

How long does it take to receive a response once I have sent an Etsy message?
* Please allow for up to 48 hours for a response. On the weekends, we are away from the computer as this is the only time away from work-related activities. Do you provide proofs of embroidery?
* Unfortunately with so many orders, we are unable to send any proofs at this time. If you have any questions or need to see samples, please send a message through Etsy messages.
Do you confirm orders once they are placed?
* Please double check your order prior to your purchase: once an order is placed, we assume that all the details are correct and will be processed as such. Please verify initial order as these will be done per your request (ex: monogram order where the middle initial is larger must be listed in first, last, middle initial order). Please check your spam folder for any order confirmations/receipts.
* Also, please ensure the shipping address is accurate prior to your purchase. We cannot deliver to PO Boxes, so please use a physical address to avoid any lost items. Lost items due to incorrect addresses is not the shop's responsibility.

The customer service was kind and helpful but unfortunately the robe is not really custom made, comes from India and the quality is not great. I received the wrong size twice. And in the end couldn’t use it for its original purpose since the customs procedure from India was too lengthy.

Really nice bridal robe - I am 5'4" and it just skims the floor. I got an XXL and it fits great and is even a little big but I ordered up to be safe (usually a size 16). I got the XXL slip to be safe and it also fits great but is a little thin, but to be expected for a slip. Really nice robe - can't wait to wear it to my wedding!

The bridal robe is just as pictured. It is absolutely gorgeous and the seller had great communication. They let me know when my order had been shipped and it came right on time. I’d definitely recommend this shop and would purchase from them again.
