Do you offer personalization? What if I need to make a change to my order?
Yes, I do personalization. I offer monogramming, titles and dates!
* Any changes to orders must be made within 24 hours of order receipt. Changes cannot be accommodated after this timeframe.
* Also, please ensure the shipping address is accurate prior to your purchase.
* We do not allow for returns, exchanges or refunds once an order is placed. Any defective items may be addressed provided a picture is sent with details of the issue.
I have a sizing issue: what can I do?
Exchanges can be accommodated for sizing purposes. The cost to remake and reship the items would be required as all items are considered final sale. Please send a message to request.

How long does it take to receive a response once I have sent an Etsy message?
* Please allow for up to 48 hours for a response. On the weekends, we are away from the computer as this is the only time away from work-related activities. Multiple messages will not receive a faster response as each time you message, the thread will be further pushed up the queue and will take much longer to see. Your patience is appreciated.
Do you provide proofs of embroidery?
* Unfortunately with so many orders, we are unable to send any proofs at this time. If you have any questions or need to see samples, please send a message through Etsy messages.
Do you confirm orders once they are placed?
* Please double check your order prior to your purchase: once an order is placed, we assume that all the details are correct and will be processed as such. Please verify initial order as these will be done per your request (ex: monogram order where the middle initial is larger must be listed in first, last, middle initial order). Please check your spam folder for any order confirmations/receipts.
* Also, please ensure the shipping address is accurate prior to your purchase. We cannot deliver to PO Boxes, so please use a physical address to avoid any lost items. Lost items due to incorrect addresses is not the shop's responsibility.

came out even better as expected! the quality is high and definitely gives a silky pajama set vibe and is super shiny! I initially received the wrong color in my delivery. Erica was amazing and corrected the situation so quickly. The floral pajama set is so pretty and the fabric is great.

These pjs were SO cute!! I got them as gifts for my bridesmaids and they all loved them! We don’t have a ton of photos in them, but they were lovely. Great quality and everyone I worked with to order these in bulk was amazing. 100/10 recommend!

Nowhere in the description does it say polyester. I believed they were silk and $50 was a great price for silk. Now I see they are $26 and when I wrote to express my disappointment they said that price was for children’s (not true) and they are sorry that I am disappointed. Also the time frame kept getting longer from the first estimate.

I CANNOT rave about this product and this seller enough!!! I ordered these for my bridesmaids and I am so excited to give them to them (they’re going to be obsessed)! They are flattering, true to size, NOT see through, and fantastic quality. I had decided I’d do a different style for myself as the bride and I’m so sad cause when I tried them on to make sure sizing was good - I didn’t want to take them off and had immediately wished I ordered a pair for me too! Will be buying from here again and will be recommending them to every bride-to-be I know!
