Do you offer personalization? What if I need to make a change to my order?

Yes, I do personalization. I offer monogramming, titles and dates!

* Any changes to orders must be made within 24 hours of order receipt. Changes cannot be accommodated after this timeframe.

* Also, please ensure the shipping address is accurate prior to your purchase.


* We do not allow for returns, exchanges or refunds once an order is placed. Any defective items may be addressed provided a picture is sent with details of the issue.

I have a sizing issue: what can I do?

Exchanges can be accommodated for sizing purposes. The cost to remake and reship the items would be required as all items are considered final sale. Please send a message to request.

I have a question, how to I contact you?

* Please message directly in Etsy messages for any questions. Messages sent by email may be missed and will further delay a response.

* Questions asked within the order may be missed, so please send any questions directly in Etsy messages if you need a response prior to ordering.

How long does it take to receive a response once I have sent an Etsy message?

* Please allow for up to 48 hours for a response. On the weekends, we are away from the computer as this is the only time away from work-related activities. Multiple messages will not receive a faster response as each time you message, the thread will be further pushed up the queue and will take much longer to see. Your patience is appreciated.

Do you provide proofs of embroidery?

* Unfortunately with so many orders, we are unable to send any proofs at this time. If you have any questions or need to see samples, please send a message through Etsy messages.

Do you confirm orders once they are placed?

* Please double check your order prior to your purchase: once an order is placed, we assume that all the details are correct and will be processed as such. Please verify initial order as these will be done per your request (ex: monogram order where the middle initial is larger must be listed in first, last, middle initial order). Please check your spam folder for any order confirmations/receipts.

* Also, please ensure the shipping address is accurate prior to your purchase. We cannot deliver to PO Boxes, so please use a physical address to avoid any lost items. Lost items due to incorrect addresses is not the shop's responsibility.

I’m disappointed in the level of service provided from the seller. I originally placed my order on 5/1 but immediately contacted the seller to cancel due to the material not being what I expected. The seller let me know she could switch the material to my preference and I agreed to proceed. I specified that I needed my order by 5/30 however USPS tracking stated they never received the item. The seller overnighted a new order the week of the 30th however it was not the material that I requested when I placed my initial order. The seller requested I return the robe for a refund and reorder a new one, however, this was on 5/28. The robe was a wedding gift and was needed by 5/30. I let her know I didn’t have time to return the robe and wait for a new one since I specified the date needed in my original order. No response from seller
