1. Select the correct PJ Style (you can do any style shortie, midnight, springster or winterlan) from the drop down menu.
2. Select the Inseam for the PJ if ordering PJ styles with Pants and N/A for PJs with shorts.
3. In the personalization section, you would detail the following for each PJ:
• color
• size
• embroidery placement
• embroidery font
• embroidery color

For monograms, please specify first, last and middle initial order. Embroidery details will be done as specified in your notes.

We make all of our items by hand per order so custom sizing are our specialty. As long as we have extra sizing information we can make PJs, robes and sleep shirts in custom sizes for men, plus sized ladies, pregnant ladies and for any family member young or old!

Do you offer personalization? What if I need to make a change to my order?
Yes, I do personalization. I offer monogramming, titles and dates!
* Any changes to orders must be made within 24 hours of order receipt. Changes cannot be accommodated after this timeframe.
* Also, please ensure the shipping address is accurate prior to your purchase.
* We do not allow for returns, exchanges or refunds once an order is placed. Any defective items may be addressed provided a picture is sent with details of the issue.
I have a sizing issue: what can I do?
Exchanges can be accommodated for sizing purposes. The cost to remake and reship the items would be required as all items are considered final sale. Please send a message to request.

How long does it take to receive a response once I have sent an Etsy message?
* Please allow for up to 48 hours for a response. On the weekends, we are away from the computer as this is the only time away from work-related activities. Do you provide proofs of embroidery?
* Unfortunately with so many orders, we are unable to send any proofs at this time. If you have any questions or need to see samples, please send a message through Etsy messages.
Do you confirm orders once they are placed?
* Please double check your order prior to your purchase: once an order is placed, we assume that all the details are correct and will be processed as such. Please verify initial order as these will be done per your request (ex: monogram order where the middle initial is larger must be listed in first, last, middle initial order). Please check your spam folder for any order confirmations/receipts.
* Also, please ensure the shipping address is accurate prior to your purchase. We cannot deliver to PO Boxes, so please use a physical address to avoid any lost items. Lost items due to incorrect addresses is not the shop's responsibility.

I was so excited for these pjs as they looked so comfy, customizable, and perfect for my day. When I got them, 5/10 were not the correct size and the white pair of pants had a stain that could not be removed. When I asked for a replacement, they were gracious to do so, but they still got the order wrong. I’m very disappointed because I won’t have the correct sizing for my bridesmaids and ever since this second mistake, they have not responded to my request of a refund.

These are perfect! Just what I wanted and I was late ordering and they came in time for the wedding and even 2 days sooner. Customer service was wondering they were very helpful and nice even with a stressed out bride. The PJs are so soft and stretchy I can’t wait for my bridesmaids and me to where them!
